Exercise - Does walking the casino to the movie theater and back count? No? Okay, then NADA

Eating On Track Today - No, we went to the movie, I was going to bring snack from home, but we didn't, so we had popcorn...with butter... who knew that half a medium popcorn could possibly be 500+ calories...no more food for me today!!! Not really...

Water Intake - not enough!

Blood Sugar Readings - 109 fasting

What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Frozen Cinnamon Roll and Greek yogurt
  • AM Snack - Movie with Popcorn :(
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Hamburger with a small piece of smoked gouda cheese and veggies
  • PM Snack - NADA
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Mac and Cheese with Turkey Sausage, broccoli and green peas
  • Late Snack - 6 Cadbury Dark Chocolate Mini Eggs
Comments - I get so angry sometimes when I am trying so hard to be good and I watch my husband, who is also supposed to be on Nutrisystem, eat things that are not on plan, he says "oh, I get more calories than you". YES, but not tortilla chips with cheese or Lays potato chips or any of the other crap you have been eating!!!!!!
