Eating On Track Today - Uh, NOOOOO!

Water Intake - 60oz

Blood Sugar Readings - 109 fasting

What I Ate Today -

  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Granola Cereal with Greek Yogurt
  • AM Snack - Wrap with roast beef, peppers and laughing cow
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Double Chocolate Caramel Bar with a salad with Bolthouse Dressing
  • PM Snack - lowfat cheesestick and a piece of roast beef, we also walked around SAMS club
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Salisbury Steak and Mac and Cheese with Brussels Sprouts and Mushrooms (and a tiny bit of bacon!!
  • Anything Else - Too Many Dark Chocolate Cadbury Mini Eggs
Comments - These Cadbury Dark Mini Eggs need to go away, what was I thinking!!!! I also had a drink because it was a rough weekend, that makes sense, doesn't it! :(
