  • Thursday - Was gonna go for a walk at work, but time got away from me... 
  • Friday - Nope, even wore my tennis shoes to work but did not go for a walk, wandered Hobby Lobby but I don't this that counts...
  • Saturday - SHOPPING, like 4 different stores, then WalMart; oh, and decorating my office for Christmas! 🎄

What I Ate This Week -
  • Wednesday - Back on Track!!!!! For Real!!!! Breakfast was a Nutrisystem Canadian Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with laughing cow cheese and coffee; morning snack was some ham with grapes; Lunch was a Nutrisystem Hamburger with laughing cow cheese and veggies and some chocolate; afternoon snack was a pear with cheesesticks; I had another cup of coffee when I got home and Dinner was Taco Salad (recipe below) with an english muffin; dessert was Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake.
  • Thursday - Breakfast is Nutrisystem Chocolate Muffin with yogurt and coffee; morning snack was a pear and cheesesticks; Lunch was Nutrisystem Chicken Sandwich with laughing cow cheese; afternoon snack was grapes and jerky; Dinner was Nutrisystem Sweet and Sour Chicken with a salad; dessert was OFFPLAN - A small pot of creme brulee...
  • Friday - Breakfast is a Nutrisystem Canadian Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with laughing cow and coffee; morning snack is a Nutrisystem Turbo shake with peanut butter powder and almond milk; Lunch is a Nutrisystem Meatball Marinara Melt with veggies and a piece of chocolate; afternoon snack is cheesesticks; Dinner is Nutrisystem Turkey Medallions with Mashed Potatoes, broccoli and cranberry sauce (homemade from Thanksgiving!); dessert was a small cinnamon roll, not Nutrisystem 
  • Saturday - Breakfast was PB&J Waffles (Nutrisystem Waffles, strawberries and a peanut butter powder drizzle) with an egg and coffee; then we had fried chicken, pasta salad and fries with rolls for lunch (not on plan); and THEN we had pizza...yeah not a good day.
  • Sunday - OKAY, here we go... NUTRISYSTEM FOR THE WIN!!! Breakfast was a Nutrisystem Canadian Bacon breakfast sandwich with laughing cow cheese and coffee; morning snack was a protein bar; Lunch was Nutrisystem Grilled Sausage and Peppers and rolls with broccoli; afternoon snack was a cheese stick and half an english muffin; Dinner was Nutrisystem Loaded Potatoes with salmon and brussels sprouts; dessert was Nutrisystem Toffee Crunch Cookies
  • Monday - Breakfast was a Canadian Bacon breakfast sandwich with laughing cow cheese and coffee; Lunch was Nutrisystem Tortellini with an english muffin and broccoli; Dinner was Nutrisystem Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breast with cauliflower and rice. Dessert was Nutrisystem Chocolate covered pretzels
  • Tuesday - Breakfast was Nutrisystem Chocolate Biscotti Bites with yogurt, morning snack was a Nutrisystem Turbo shake with chia seeds, peanut butter powder and almond milk; Lunch was Nutrisystem 3 Cheese Chicken with turkey broth ham and broccoli with a laughing cow cheese and carrots; Dinner was Nutrisystem Salisbury Steak and Mac and Cheese with zucchini and cottage cheese; dessert was a Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake.
Eating On Track This Week - YES!!!! well, except Saturday... 😑

Comments - So Thursday was my boss's birthday at work. There was pizza and homemade chocolate cake with mixed berry filling and frosting... I HAD NO PIZZA AND ONE SMALL BITE OF THE CAKE, REALLY IT WAS JUST A TASTE!!!! 😇 Then on Friday, we had a going away breakfast for another employee, there was cheesecake, donuts and lots of danishes... I had a small bite of a blueberry muffin! Did pretty good, if I do say so myself.



Taco Salad

Can of Nutrisystem Chili with Beans or Vegetarian Chili
Lettuce, Peppers, Onion, Tomato
Olives, if desired
Shredded Cheese, if desired
Sour Cream, if desired
Salsa, if desired

Build a large salad using lettuce, peppers, onion and tomato and anything else you normally put in salad. Add cheese, sour cream and salsa if desired. Heat the can of chili according to package directions. Pour the chili over the salad, toss to combine and enjoy. Yum!!
