Things that are always on my shopping list…
Ok, so after the diet disaster that was this weekend, I have a renewed focus…my health and eating habits. I am also starting to pay more attention to my blood sugars, which you will notice on the daily Downsizing Me log (which will be back tomorrow). I ate nothing but junk this weekend and the scale showed it this morning… we need to go grocery shopping so I figured I would give a Monday List of what is always on my grocery list…
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Sweet Peppers
Avocado
Cauliflower
Broccoli (frozen)
Sugar snap peas
Baby carrots
Brussel sprouts (frozen)
Green beans (canned, frozen or fresh)
Zucchini
Fruit (berries, apples, oranges, grapes, bananas)
Protein (turkey, ham, chicken)
Cottage cheese
Cheese sticks
Laughing Cow cheese
Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
Almond milk
Crystal light (I really don’t like plain water)
Yogurt (Dannon Light and Fit Greek)
Atkins Protein drink
Bolthouse Ranch (or Salsa Ranch) salad dressing
